OK! My first post on my coupon/flyer savings. My original purchase price would have been $51.50, but I only paid...*wait for it*...ahem...$22.83!! Holy crap! That's a 56% savings!! Can't you tell that I am absolutely stoked!! And here is how I did it:
(1) Crest Toothpaste - originally $2.69, on sale for $1.99, w/$1.00 coupon = $0.99
(2) Opti Free Express Contact Solution - originally $9.99 each, w/in-store $3.00 coupon and $4.00 manufacturer's coupon on 2 = $12.98
(2) Ziploc Storage Bags - originally $3.99 each, on sale for $1.99 each, w/$1.00 coupon off 2 = $2.98
(2) Bounty Basic Paper Towels, originally $1.29 each, on sale for $0.88 each, w/$2.00 coupon off 2 = FREE (now, I have to admit that I totally used a different Bounty coupon and they TOOK it! The coupon was for Bounty Extra Soft Paper Towels, but the cashier took it anyway. My lips were sealed).
(1) Gain Dishsoap - originally $1.49, w/$1.00 coupon = $0.49
(2) Arm & Hammer Super Scoop Cat Litter - originally $8.39 each, w/store sale of BOGO = $8.39
I also had a $3.00 Rite Aid check from my June rewards that helped me out.
I love bargain shopping and when you get to actually compare the savings and see it written out, it really feels great!
Keep clippin' those coupons, you never know when they will help you out!
